Our Case Process

Step 1 – Initial Consultation

The preliminary step is to assess your circumstances and determine if there is anything we can do to assist you. We will attempt to obtain as much information as possible to confirm your eligibility to a right or privilege under the act or regulations.

Step 2 – The Retainer

Once we have established we can help you with your Canadian immigration goals, we will send you our retainer for review. The retainer outlines the scope of our services, fees and the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Step 3 – File Preparation

We will provide you with instructions concerning the forms and documents required in your particular case. We are using the industry leading eCan software to manage all of our files. You will have your own account on our web-based system, accessible from every computer with Internet connection and adobe reader installed. We will guide you toward completion of the forms in a manner acceptable to Canadian immigration authorities.

Step 4 – Review

We will review all forms and documents forwarded to us by you. You will be advised if any improvements or corrections are needed.

Step 5 – Submission

Once we have determined your application is ready for submission we will draft legal submissions on your behalf to present your case to the visa officer. We only use premium traceable service for delivery of your application package to the visa office or CIC in-land office.

Step 6- Post-Submission

We will monitor the processing of your application, taking into consideration the published and expected service standard. We will communicate on your behalf with the visa office and protect your rights. You will be apprised of any development related to your file as soon as it occurs.
